Renewals

What has to be true

All four, or the deal does not appear. `/renewals` lists the near misses with the reason.

• Still funded. A deal that has closed or defaulted is not a renewal candidate.
• Funded at least 60 days ago.
• Paid down at least 50% — measured from the cleared ledger, not the schedule, so a deal that is behind does not look paid down.
• No unresolved bounce. A bounce that was marked made up does not count against the deal; an outstanding one does.

Two more things remove a deal from the queue rather than disqualify it: dismissing an opportunity is permanent — the scan will not raise it again — and a deal that already has a live renewal is gone from the list because its renewal exists.
