One engine, four types. Bodies are HTML with {{merge_tokens}} resolved per deal at generation time. PDF rendering is planned; generation currently produces resolved HTML.
PDF contract templates
Upload your own contract PDFs (they live in this company's private storage only). Open Design fields to place signatures, initials, dates, text and checkboxes on the pages for each signer role; a template with designed fields ignores the field list below. List the documents the signer must upload. Send from a deal (“Send contract packet”) or an ISO's page.
