Reports
Drill-down reports with date filters and CSV export, plus the book's headline figures.
Report library
Production & origination
Funding report
Deals funded in the period: merchant, ISO, funded, factor, payback, fees, commission.
ISO production
Per ISO: funded deal count and volume, commission, bounce count of their book.
Factor-rate distribution
Funded deals bucketed by factor rate: count, volume and average payback multiple.
Declines by reason
Declined submissions in the period, with the decline reason and funder.
Funder performance
Per funder: submissions sent, declines, and deals they ended up funding.
Outstanding stips
Pending stipulations on open deals — what's blocking contracts and funding.
Portfolio & risk
Portfolio aging / outstanding RTR
Every deal still collecting (funded or in collections): collected vs payback, outstanding, days since funding. Defaulted deals are on Defaults & losses.
Delinquency / behind pace
Funded deals collecting slower than their payment schedule implies — worst first.
Merchant concentration
Outstanding payback per merchant on deals still collecting (funded or in collections) and its share of that book. Defaulted balances are on Defaults & losses, so the Reports headline Outstanding, which includes them, is higher.
Renewal candidates
Funded deals past 50% collected — the book to remarket, most-collected first.
Defaults & losses
Defaulted deals: what was owed at default, what has been recovered since (collections before the default are not a recovery) and the open loss against funded.
Vintage / cohort curves
Deals grouped by funding month: how much each cohort has repaid and defaulted.
Collections activity
Collector touches in the period: promises to pay, contacts, disputes, notes.
Cash & payments
Collections report
Cleared merchant payments in the period, per deal.
Bounce / NSF report
Returns in the period with their NACHA codes; repeat bouncers float to the top.
Fee income detail
Every cleared fee payment charged to a merchant (UCC, wire, application, bounce and other fees) in the period. Management fees and bank fees kept are not payments: they are on House P&L and in ISO profitability's fee income.
Cash-flow forecast
Expected collections over the next 7 and 30 days per funded deal, capped at what's left.
Collections and payouts by day
Per day, from deal payments: collections in, fees in, distributions out and their net. It does not include partner capital deposits or funding wires; the journal under Accounting has every movement on the cash account. Bounced pulls never arrived, so they are listed for reference and are not in the net.
Investors & house
Syndicator statement
Per investor: capital in, deployed, earned buckets, distributions, owed.
House P&L (per deal)
Fee income buckets, commissions out and the house collection share, per deal.
ISO profitability
Per ISO: what their book earned the house, net of the commission paid to them. Shown for all their deals and for settled deals only — settled means done collecting: paid off, renewed or defaulted.
Distributions paid
Syndicator payouts in the period — who was paid, from which deal, and when.
Syndicator positions (per deal)
Processor-style advances view per capital partner: syndicated $, participation %, fronted commission (CAFs), true cost (TCP), payback and collected shares, paid-back % and outstanding — plus deposits, deployed and available. Built to diff line-by-line against a processor/CRM syndicator export. Pick a syndicator to narrow to one partner. Figures are as of today.
Partner P&L statements
Every finalized monthly P&L statement: net since inception, growth settled, the partner's and the house's share, and what was still to recover. Date filters apply to the period end.
Partner P&L (net settlement)
Cumulative net-then-split P&L per capital partner: merchants grouped, green once collections cross cost of deal (funded − bank fee + commission), a loss once a deal defaults or after 30 silent days, still-paying books excluded, net profit split at the partner's percentage (their monthly P&L share when they settle monthly). Figures are as of today.
Projected P&L
Where the book stands at a date you pick: collections so far, the schedule projected forward (bounces recovered as make-up pulls after each deal's end date) and profit by that date. Deals in collections or defaulted are left out.
Accounting & compliance
Term & payoff audit
Funded deals whose stored term, payment count, schedule or payoff date disagree. Read-only — nothing is corrected.
Commission / 1099 summary
Commission-run payout totals per payee (ISO or referrer, and a syndicator only when a commission run paid them) for the period — 1099-NEC prep. Participation distributions to investors are returns on their capital, not 1099-NEC pay, so they are not here.
GL trial balance
Net debits and credits per GL account from the journal, for the period.
GL journal detail
Every journal entry in the period: date, source, accounts, amount, memo.
UCC filing status
Every UCC filing: status, file number, jurisdiction, filed and lapse dates.
