Branding

Under Settings → Branding set your company display name, logo URL, and accent color. Your logo (or name) replaces "MCA Manager" in the top bar for everyone in your company.

Email identity

Under Settings → Email set the outbound from name, from address, and reply-to used for messages such as e-signature invitations and notifications.

To make sure your mail isn’t marked as spam, authenticate your sending domain (SPF/DKIM) under Settings → Email domains - see Email domain setup.

Document design

Settings → Document design stamps your look on the PDFs MCA Manager produces, drawn over the pages so templates and field positions never move (edit company settings):

• Header logo — your branding logo or one you upload (PNG or JPEG; SVG is converted), top left, centre or right, 12–72 points tall (72 = one inch).
• Watermark — centred behind the text; set its strength, width (10–100% of the page) and angle.
• Footer — up to 200 characters at the bottom left, and Page X of Y in the centre, counting every page of the document.

It applies to Word contracts, documents sent for signature and the merchant's payment statement PDF. Any template can opt out with Turn off document design. Preview on sample pages shows the result before you save. A logo given as a web link rather than an uploaded image is reported and not drawn.
