Notifications

The bell in the app collects notifications addressed to you - a new offer, a returned payment, a document uploaded by a merchant, a renewal that became eligible. Mark them read or jump straight to the related record.

Alert rules

Administrators configure alert rules that decide which events generate a notification and for whom. Tune them so each role hears about what matters to it and nothing more.

Push notifications

On a phone or desktop, opt in to push notifications to be alerted even when the app isn't open. Push works through the installable web app - see Self-service portals for installing it.
