Leads

Leads are top-of-funnel prospects. Create one with + New lead (business name, DBA, contact, source, requested amount, notes). Leads can also arrive through the API. Work them through the lead statuses and convert qualified leads into merchants + deals.

Merchants

A merchant is the business you’re funding. Create one with + New merchant, then open the detail page to complete the business profile:

• Legal name, DBA, Federal ID (EIN)
• Business type, industry, NAICS / SIC codes
• Date established (time in business), state of incorporation
• Home-based / e-commerce flags, annual revenue
• Address, email, phone, website

Owners & contacts

Add owners/guarantors under Contacts on the merchant - name, title, ownership %, and guarantor/primary flags.

Deals

The merchant detail page lists their deals and lets you start a new one pre-linked to that merchant.
