Deals & pipeline

A deal (classically an "advance") is the central object. It carries the merchant, the funding terms, and its progress through your pipeline.

Create a deal

  1. Go to Deals and click + New deal (or start from a merchant’s detail page, which pre-selects the merchant).
  2. Choose the merchant, optional ISO, and the product (MCA, factoring, term loan, LOC, SBA, equipment).
  3. Enter the terms: funded amount, payback, factor & buy rate, term (days), funding position, and collection frequency. MCA-only fields (factor rate, payback) are disabled for other products.

Submit to funders

Open the Pipeline and click + New submission to send a deal to a funder with a starting status. Each submission moves through your configured submission statuses; drag cards between stages on the board.

Status automation

Under Settings → Workflow automation you can:

  • Assignment rules - auto-assign a submission to a user when it reaches a status.
  • Status automation - auto-advance the deal’s state (e.g. to Funded) when a submission hits a status.

Status changes also notify any enabled integrations (Slack, Zapier, Make).

Columns

Use ⚙ Columns on the Deals list to surface fields like ISO, payback, factor, buy rate, term, position, and frequency - and reorder them to taste.
