The broker portal shows the deals you submitted and lets you move them along without emailing the desk.

Deals

Every submission you own with its stage, funded amount and commission. Open a deal to see the stips still outstanding, upload documents, and read the underwriter's notes that were shared with you.

New application

Submit a merchant with the bank statements attached; the desk sees it on their pipeline immediately. Required documents are listed on the form.

Offers and counters

When an offer is out, the calculator shows what the merchant nets at each factor and fee within the funder's floors; a counter you send goes straight to the underwriter. Accepting an offer moves the deal to contracts.

Contracts

Request contracts once stips are in; you receive the signing invitation for the broker acknowledgement and can watch the merchant's signature progress.

Commissions

Paid and pending commission by deal, with clawback status when an early bounce puts one at risk. 1099s are issued from the same figures.
