Payout batches

Group what's owed - ISO commissions and syndicator returns - into a payout batch. A batch lists every line item with its amount, the party, and the deal it relates to. Approve the batch to mark items as paid (or to send them through your connected payments provider).

Reconciliation

Payout amounts are computed in integer cents from what was actually collected, so the batch totals always tie back to the ledger.

1099 tax forms

At year end, generate 1099 forms for payees that meet the reporting threshold. The form pulls the year's total payouts for each party, ready to review and file.
