Self-service portals

Give merchants and partners their own front door into your operation. Each portal is scoped by role, so people only ever see their own data.

Merchant portal

Merchants sign in to apply, upload requested documents, e-sign offers, and track their balance and payment schedule. Document requests you create on a deal appear in the merchant's portal as a checklist; uploads flow straight back onto the deal.

ISO, syndicator, and referrer portals

• ISO portal - brokers submit new deals and follow the status and commissions on everything they have sent you.
• Syndicator portal - investors see their participation positions, expected returns, and payout history.
• Referrer portal - partners see the deals they referred and what converted.

Custom domains

Each company can run its portals on its own domain (for example apply.yourbrand.com). Add the domain under Settings → Domains; HTTPS is provisioned automatically once DNS points at us.

Mobile

The app is an installable progressive web app. On a phone, choose Add to home screen for an app-like experience, and opt in to push notifications to get alerted about new documents, offers, and payments.
